Q. Are your products tested on animals?
No, none of our products have been or will ever be tested on animals. Our products are cruelty free and vegan (with the exception of some products that contain beeswax or lanolin).
Q. Can I place an order without setting up an account?
Yes but setting up an account will allow for updates and communication on new/restocked items, discounts and other announcements.
Q. How can I find out when an item is back in stock?
Sign up with your email address and you will receive notification when back in-stock.
If the item is discontinued, once sold out, there will be no restocking.
Q. How long will a restocking on a sold out item take?
Orders are placed weekly and out of stock items will be back on hand within 10 business days.
Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?
Cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of the order placement. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, once order is confirmed, changes to the order cannot be made.
